At HOMEFRESH RETAILS PTY LTD, customer satisfaction is important to us.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Perishable food items, fresh produce, frozen goods, and opened consumable products cannot be returned unless faulty or required by Australian Consumer Law.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
